Writing can be intimidating, posting to the Blog can be scary--what to say? was it too long, too short, just right? Just like yoga, writing gets easier with practice.
Through yoga, I have met so many people with great stories and experiences to share. In fact, sometimes my greatest take away occurs in an after class discussion. Think of this Blog as an natural extension of a conversation.
Don't let a fear of writing keep you from doing it.
