milestone

I'm getting there. sat 15 minutes today. actually set the timer for 10 and then reset. Felt much calmer afterwards.
Had been in a whirlwind about Christmas stuff. When I used to journal regularly, I think it was meditation without the breath focus.. Sometimes I would just sit and look out the window letting my mind freeze. I've been doing a 30 min fast walk almost every morning. so will try the meditation when I come in. Emy
