It is an awesome feeling to breathe as one breath with 30 people. Get into a class if you haven't yet today. Link your breath to those around you. As though you were part of a school of fish, move in unison with the group. Let go of your own practice and become part of something bigger. It is awesome!!! It is generous!!! It is kind!!!
