Travel Yoga Mat Recommendations?

Hi there,

I'm determined to stay committed and practice on some upcoming trips - any recommendations on a travel mat? I found a few on amazon.com

Are they worth it or should I just bring my regular mat?

I would just get a light cheap thing from Target that you can fold up and stick in your suitcase. --Charry
