I returned tonight from a 7-day cruise vacation with my husband. Since I promised him I would disconnect from electronic communication for the week, I was a bit concerned about how I was going to keep up with the daily LY365 emails. Charry alleviated my concerns by telling me to disconnect and find a place each day to sit. I thought on a ship of 4,000+ people this might be a challenge, but I found many places on board where I could achieve this. My favorite spots had a view of the water -- the beach, the balcony off our room, and the sauna in the thermal suite. The sauna became my personal favorite because of the warm, relaxing, quiet nature of the space and the floor to ceiling glass wall that overlooked the ocean.
Back home tonight, I reflected on my week away and especially my meditation time. I found the following link that I wanted to share:

"Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless - like water. Now you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup, you put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle, you put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend."
