Dedicated this morning's practice to "day 1" and asking for help in staying focused while I travel on business later this week. Do I take my mat? Will I have time? Will I make time?
I don't have a favorite poem. Charry's class today focused on roots and foundation. Because I love trees, I found a couple verses I'll ponder for 15 minutes - but were so nice I wanted to share:
"Though a tree grows so high, the falling leaves return to the root." - Malay proverb
"Do not be afraid to go out on a limb ... That's where the fruit is." - Anonymous
